Important information
Last updated October 25, 2026
Please read this page before relying on anything on this website. It explains what Pineyard Group is, what it does and, just as importantly, what it does not do.
Who we are
Pineyard Group is a general partnership organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States. It is not incorporated and is not registered as a company in any jurisdiction.
Pineyard is a private firm owned by its partners. It has no shareholders, is not listed on any exchange and is not open to outside investors.
Proprietary trading only
Pineyard trades exclusively with its partners’ own capital, for its own account. We do not:
- manage money or digital assets for anyone else, or operate a fund or pooled vehicle;
- accept deposits, investments, loans or contributions from the public;
- hold, transfer, exchange or transmit assets on behalf of others;
- act as a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian or payment provider for customers;
- provide investment, trading, tax or legal advice; or
- issue, sell or promote any token, security or other financial product.
Regulatory status
Pineyard is not registered with, licensed by or supervised by any financial regulator. This includes the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the National Futures Association, the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and the Florida Office of Financial Regulation, as well as regulators outside the United States.
Because Pineyard is not regulated, the protections that apply to customers of regulated firms do not apply to dealings with it. Pineyard has no customers, and nothing on this website invites you to become one. If we take on activities that require a registration or license, such as those described as “in development”, we intend to obtain it before starting them and will update this page.
Not an offer or advice
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, commodity interest, digital asset or interest in Pineyard. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything, or to enter into any transaction, and nothing is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Do not rely on this website as the basis for any decision.
This website is not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where its publication or availability would be unlawful.
Impersonation and fraud
Pineyard never contacts people to offer investment opportunities, returns, signals or trading services. We will never ask you to send money or digital assets, connect a wallet, or share a private key or recovery phrase.
Our only website is pineyard.group, and our email addresses end in “@pineyard.group”. If someone claiming to represent Pineyard contacts you otherwise, treat it as fraud and let us know at contact@pineyard.group.
Risk of digital assets
Digital assets are highly volatile and can lose all of their value. Trading them, including on decentralized exchanges and automated market-maker pools, carries risks that include smart-contract failure, protocol exploits, front-running, network congestion, loss of private keys, illiquidity and rapid regulatory change.
Figures and forward-looking statements
Figures on this website describe the firm’s operations at a point in time. They are not a record or indication of trading performance, and descriptions of strategies, chains and venues are illustrative. Statements about plans, such as expanding into new markets, reflect current intentions only and may change without notice.
Third-party names
Names of blockchains, protocols, exchanges and other third parties mentioned on this website belong to their owners. Their mention does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.
